With close family members and friends in the Navy, Army, and Coast Guard, Holly is a strong advocate for active US military forces, veterans and their families. In 2009 she opened a boutique military recruiting company where she placed veterans across a wide array of industries. Coming from a competitive athletic background she is familiar with drive and a strong work ethic. Ever grateful for the selfless individuals who serve in today’s armed forces, Holly comes to Whalls Group with a dedication to helping these service members find and achieve post-military career success in today’s competitive market.

Mark R. Whalls

Managing Member, Business Development

Prior to leading the Whalls Group, Mark enjoyed a long successful career in the U.S. Navy, where he served 22 years and achieved the highest enlisted rank of Master Chief Petty Officer. Since leaving the Navy in 1997, Mark has remained close to his military roots and his civilian resume is as stellar as his Navy career. His various executive positions have involved building strategies by which companies can recruit and place military professionals into civilian industries. Most recently Mark was Vice President of Military & Veteran Recruiting at JPMorgan Chase, and Head of Military & Veteran Recruiting at Aetna, Inc. Under Mark’s leadership, both JPMorgan Chase and Aetna received many notable awards from the veteran recruiting and military spouse world.

Eden Broggi

Managing Member, Talent Acquisition

Eden comes to the Whalls Group after a competitive career in athletics and tech sales recruiting. In addition to recruiting top talent for some of Silicon Valley’s most up and coming startups and developing cohesive and competitive teams as a rowing coach, Eden has strong family ties to the military and is passionate about helping America’s veterans transition into strong careers.
